Prerequisite: Commercial Real Estate Transactions

This course covers listing, selling, and leasing commercial properties—office, retail, industrial, agricultural—and business sales, with modules on construction, transaction requirements, and preparing contractual agreements.

Prerequisite: Real Estate Essentials

An introduction to real estate fundamentals and the salesperson’s role, focusing on obligations under TRESA and the Code of Ethics, with some coverage of other relevant legislation.
