Real Estate Salesperson Program – Post-Registration Phase
Eligibility
All applicants to the Real Estate Salesperson Post-Registration Phase must have successfully completed the Pre-Registration Phase and must be registered as a salesperson with RECO.
Program Duration
The Post-Registration courses must be completed within 24 months of registration with RECO. See our Admissions Directive for more details.
Transferring to Algonquin College
If you have completed the Pre-Registration Phase of the Real Estate Salesperson Program with another college, and you meet all eligibility requirements, you will be eligible to complete the Post-Registration Phase with Algonquin College.
Log in to your RECO MyWeb account and select Algonquin College as your education provider for the Post-Registration Program. You will then be directed back to our website to create your Algonquin College Real Estate Training account and to complete the Post-Registration Phase Application.

Returning Algonquin College Learners
If you completed the Pre-Registration Phase of the Real Estate Salesperson Program with us, use your existing login credentials to access your account. Then, go to My Applications and complete the Post-Registration Phase Application.
