This five-day, practice-based course designed to help you build confidence and demonstrate the knowledge and skills required to be practice-ready under TRESA. Through realistic scenarios and guided activities, you’ll engage in key conversations and tasks typical of real estate transactions, with a focus on compliance, communication, and professional obligations. Feedback from peers and facilitators will support your growth by highlighting strengths and identifying areas for improvement.
In each class, there will be 12-24 learners. 100% attendance is required to successfully complete this course, which means that if you are taking this course online, you must have your camera on.
Successful completion of Courses 1-3, including a passing grade on all associated exams.
