This course allows a salesperson to get a perspective of the themes associated with investing in commercial properties. A salesperson would be expected to guide and advise their clients appropriately during a commercial transaction. The course is composed of six modules. The modules explore a variety of topics, such as characteristics of an investment property through the perspectives of both a user and an investor, the different types of leasing arrangements and the fundamentals of financing commercial properties, mortgage calculations, property evaluation methods, and operations cash flow fundamentals.
Successful completion of this course is a prerequisite to registering for Real Estate as an Investment Strategy: Commercial Properties – Advanced.
