This course reviews key TRESA obligations, offer and deposit requirements, and other relevant laws that impact daily activities of brokers and salespersons representing buyers and sellers.

This course provides learners with more information about representing seller clients in the sale and buyer clients in the purchase of rural residential, recreational, and waterfront properties.
