This three-and-a-half-day practical course focuses on real estate transactions involving commercial properties. In each class, there will be 12-24 learners. 100% attendance is required to successfully complete this course, which means that if you are taking this course online, you must have your camera on.
Successful completion of Courses 1–4 and Simulation Session 1 including a passing grade on all associated exams.
Once you completed this course, you will be able to purchase the 3-hour exam through Meazure Learning. The exam costs $120, payable directly to Meazure Learning.
